The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable, surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48, 72, 96 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas, and other hard floors.
